Together, we will determine what a reasonable course of action will be. If the Satisfaction Guarantee Guidelines are met, with your receipt and remaining product, we will be happy to either replace the product that you have or to reimburse you the amount of your purchase price. At the time of our conversation, we will give you instructions regarding where and how to send your receipt and product to us. Depending on the situation, you may be responsible to pay the cost of shipping for your return. In any case, please allow three weeks for complete return / refund processing.
