We generally ship the day after we get your order. Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) given at any point during your ordering process (online, email or phone) are measured as business days (Monday - Friday) and do not include Saturday or Sunday. That means that if we get your order on Friday, we will generally ship it on Monday. It also means that a package we ship on Friday, shipping Next Day Air will not arrive until Monday. Otherwise, we will contact you via email.
SHIPPING COLLECT (available for all shipments, US and Beyond the US)
UPS Collect and FedEx Collect are available if a UPS or FedEx account number is provided. However, these are not available when ordering via our website. Please Contact Us directly to place your order if you want us to ship collect to your shipping account. (UPS and FedEx only, please).
When ordering online for shipping to anywhere in the US, the following shipping options are made available:
The following policy concerns orders of Mrs. Stewart's Bluing products that are shipping to locations outside of the United States. If you are asking us to ship to you outside of the US, you are agreeing to this policy.
United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground or Standard to Canada will be used for shipments going to Canada. UPS Worldwide (WW) Express, WW Saver and Expedited are available upon request.
For global shipments outside the US and Canada, the shipping service chosen by the customer will be used. UPS WW Express, WW Saver, USPS Priority International and USPS Priority Express International are available.
Mrs. Stewart's Bluing will charge the customer for the UPS transportation costs ONLY.
Duties, taxes and brokerage are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected upon delivery of the package. Please contact Customs for your country for more information.
Packages refused by the consignee or customer will be deemed abandoned and a refund will NOT be granted.
